Okay! So last Saturday, January 26, 2013, pumunta ako sa Trinoma to checkkung magkano yung isang pack ng The Face Shop’s Real Nature Mask Mung Bean. To my surprise, hindi naman sha ganun kamahal! It’s discounted price was 65php from the retail price of 95php. Not bad diba? At may points ka pa if you have a Bench Card (well, I don’t have it yet but I’m planning to get one in the future since madami silang products na gusto kong i-try).

Hello Friends! Super active ako mag-blog ngayon so I decided to write about my experience using The Face Shop’s Real Nature Mask Mung Bean. (Disclaimer: This is not a review of the product!) I’d like to thank Miss Donna Señoran dahil sha ang nagbigay sa kin neto! ^^

Anyway, since hindi ko sha binili sa Face Shop, hindi ko sha alam gamitin dahil sulat koreano ang instructions sa package. So I googled, got the instructions from a blogger named Darwin —(i have the link HERE if you’re interested) and placed the mask on my face.

Mejo nahirapan ako nung una kasi hindi ko alam which side of the mask to use. Walang nakalagay. Nag-assume na lang ako na yung malagkit na part ang ilalagay mo sa face. Haiz.. Sa laki ng mukha ko, ayaw magkasha nung mask sa bandang eye area.. Kaka-sad. Pero nagawan ko naman ng paraan.

Minasahe ko habang nasa face ko yung mask, lalo na yung part na di na inabot nung mask. Mejo moisten kasi at may konting malagkit na water yung mask so i massaged it over my neck and batok (batok talaga!? Haha!). After that, i took pictures of me with the mask on! :O

You need to leave it on at least 15-20 minutes but I have the mask on my face for 30 minutes.. Nawala kasi sa isip ko yung oras kakabasa ng tweets. Hindi naman natuyo yung mask. Mamasa-masa pa din naman sha nung tanggalin ko tas may konting lagkit-factor. As shown on the packaging, you need to pat your face after peeling off the mask. Malagkit at malamig ang face mo sa una tas eventually wawawala yung sticky feeling pag natuyo na sha.

Hindi ko hinugasan ang mukha ko because it doesn’t say on the instructions. So the light fragrance of mung bean (yung amoy daw ng munggo! bwahaha!) stays on your face. Mabango naman at hindi mashado feminine angscent.

It a cleansing and skin tone purifying mask.. In short - pampaliit daw ngpores!.. Well, kailangan ko gamitin ulit ito to know kung totoo nga.. Tsaka gusto ko talaga lumiit ang pores ko sa face! Hehehe! So, sa mga VAB jan na galit sa pores.. bili na! Hahaha! ^^

My Movie Review - Less is More

 Sisterakas is the first movie I watched for 2013, so I wanted to post my review on it -well, to be honest, hindi ako mashado nagandahan sa pelikulang ito. Despite the good cast and director, mashadong naging “trying-hard” ang movie na magpatawa.

I get that the story has a good plot (Yes, Sisterakas is a family-oriented movie with a moral lesson at the end) Its just that I was not able to see anything new on the acting of the three main characters. Ai-Ai’s doing the same ‘Tanging Ina' moments, Vice with his pambabara at pambabasag dialogues.. And Ms. Kris Aquino (who has no comedic timing at all), was acting so awkwardly unfunny.

After the movie, I heard some people saying “sayang yung 200 pesos ko”.. at ganun din actually ang naramdaman ko.

My Review & Rating: 3/10

I’ve had the most amazing year-end/first-day-of-the-year experience last night and i think this is one of my biggest break in the music scene!!! hehehe! I went out to sing back-up for two great artist, Mark Mabasa and Iyaz during the Eastwood City New Year Countdown to 2013 party!

First we sang with Mark Mabasa. Galing nya kumanta! He’s so energetic and fun to watch! At ang bait pa!

At shempre, who would not recognize Iyaz, the artist who sang together with Charice on the song Pyramid? Nakuh.. Sobrang saya ko because I was able to sing together with an international recording artist! I had so much fun!

It was truly a very memorable night. Kahit medyo na-stress ako (kasi matagal na akong hindi nakaka-kanta on stage eh.. hehe), being part of the band was all worth it!
